How to use this humidor
Caring for Your Humidor
This humidor will keep you cigars in a good condition and keep my collection in good condition, but it is not wear resistant and it needs some care and attention.
Seasoning Before First Use
The Valencia Humidor absorbs moisture and slowly releases it. Therefore, it is important to maintain the humidor regularly and to ensure that it works optimally and is optimally stored for your cigar collection. Another tip for proper care is to season your humidors before first use.
Checking the Hygrometer
Keep your moisture container away from the sun and store it in a dark, cool place, and your moisture container should have an internal temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The external environment helps you to determine the internal temperatures of your humidity.
A hygrometer connected to the humidor is another tool you use to control your humidity, and the relative setting must be 70. You should check it weekly and take measurements to ensure that the humidity is maintained. The relative temperature of your humidity tank and its relative humidity will help you to keep the temperature.
By observing these measurements, you will become aware of any problems and know immediately whether the humidifier needs to be replaced or refilled.
